Overview
Our XPS Tile Backer Board Production Line is a fully automatic integrated manufacturing system specially developed for continuous production of XPS tile backer boards. Widely adopted in wet area construction, this complete line covers XPS substrate feeding, surface treatment, fiberglass mesh lamination, polymer mortar coating, rolling, curing, fixed-length cutting and finished board stacking.
The finished XPS tile backer board consists of an extruded polystyrene foam core reinforced with fiberglass mesh and cement polymer mortar on both sides. It combines outstanding thermal insulation, zero water absorption and high surface adhesion, becoming the preferred underlayment material for tile installation in bathrooms, kitchens, floor heating projects and exterior walls worldwide.
Equipped with mature continuous composite technology, the line realizes stable large-volume production.
